Pork Fillet With Mustard Yogurt Sauce
I mentioned that I was cooking this when I recorded an audioboo last night, and @nancycarolyn asked me for the recipe.
The recipe is one that I printed off of the internet in 2007, and the page no longer appears to be active, so I’ve scanned it and included it below.
Tastes really good, and will go with ribbon noodles as suggested, rice, green veg or all three!
